The List and what RUTS did about it...

As almost everyone knows, there is a "list" floating around the internet, claimed to be a chronicle of PSU's legal woes since 2002.

It is full of misconception and inaccuracy - some of which has angered me greatly.

Well Run up the Score, took on the challenge to research and review the litany - and has posted the results.

Of course there is no excuse for players breaking the law (there's really no excuse for anyone) - the players are ambassadors for the University - not only the football and/or athletic department. However - those who post the "list" aware of its falsehoods are culpable themselves. It's called libel.
