This week we'll be serving some retro favorites, including hot turkey sandwiches, stuffing (instead of potatoes), turkey ruebens (rachels), breakfast sandwich sliders, kielbasa, assorted snacks and apple pie.
The eagles of eastern michigan are our lone green (and a rare non-red) opponent this season. The emu mascot (which, lamentably, is not an emu) is named "swoop." Hmmm, where have I heard that before?
Kick off is at 12pm (aaaarrrrrrrrrggggggghhhhh) - so the lots will be opening at 7am - We plan to be there when the open the gates; and we'll be tailgating before and after the game. We'll be back in our spots in the Purple Lot (behind the baseball stadium) and flying the Scottish flag (blue w/ white cross) - email/message/call for directions.
