The Wonderlic Test is a standardized testing system that is used in a variety of industries, but, perhaps, most famously at the NFL Combine. Participants are given the test, and their scores are, generally, considered to be a measure of a player's ability to learn, adapt to and understand the systems, plays and schemes used by NFL teams.
A high score is desirable but not necessarily a determinate factor - a low score, however, can serve as a "red flag" to scouts and coaches.
Generally, Centers score the highest on the test, and running backs score the lowest.
